Terms of Service

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in ATOMIC GAMES LIMITED, operating the LOVELIFE service ("LOVELIFE," "we," or "us") and our websites at lovelifesim.com, along with other related websites, networks, applications, and other services provided by us (collectively, our "Service"). These Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between you and LOVELIFE regarding your use of the Service.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING "I ACCEPT," OR BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING THE LOVELIFE PRIVACY POLICY (TOGETHER, THE "TERMS"). If you are not eligible, or do not agree to the Terms, then you do not have our permission to use the Service.

1. LOVELIFE Service Overview

LOVELIFE operates and maintains an interactive story game that provides interactive short stories and romance experiences.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that: (a) you are at least 16 years of age; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service; and (c) your registration and your use of the Service is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms and you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that organization.

3. Accounts and Registration

The Service supports a server-backed guest account and, where available, sign-in through Google, Apple, or Facebook. A guest account is associated with an in-game user ID (UID). We do not issue a separate LOVELIFE password, and providing an email address directly to us is optional. If you use a third-party sign-in provider, you are responsible for maintaining the security of that provider account. If you believe your account is no longer secure, notify us promptly at support@lovelifesim.com.

4. Payment Terms

Access to the Service, or to certain features of the Service, may require you to pay fees. Before you pay any fees, the applicable marketplace will display the price and currency for your storefront. Except where applicable law or marketplace policy requires otherwise, purchases are non-refundable.

4.1 Price

LOVELIFE reserves the right to determine pricing for the Service. LOVELIFE will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information. LOVELIFE may change the fees for any feature of the Service, including additional fees or charges, if LOVELIFE gives you advance notice of changes before they apply. LOVELIFE, at its sole discretion, may make promotional offers with different features and different pricing to any of LOVELIFE's customers. These promotional offers, unless made to you, will not apply to your offer or these Terms.

4.2 Authorization

Purchases are processed by the applicable marketplace, such as Apple In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing. You authorize that marketplace to charge the payment method associated with your marketplace account for purchases you confirm. LOVELIFE does not directly collect your full credit-card or bank-account number.

4.3 Refunds

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, purchases are non-refundable. Refund requests and payment disputes are handled under the policies of the marketplace through which the purchase was made.

5. Licenses

5.1 Limited License

Subject to your complete and ongoing compliance with these Terms, LOVELIFE grants you, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to: (a) install and use one object code copy of any mobile application associated with the Service obtained from a legitimate marketplace (whether installed by you or pre-installed on your mobile device by the device manufacturer) on a mobile device that you own or control; and (b) access and use the Service.

5.2 License Restrictions

Except and solely to the extent such a restriction is impermissible under applicable law, you may not: (a) reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the Service; (b) make modifications to the Service; or (c) interfere with or circumvent any feature of the Service, including any security or access control mechanism. If you are prohibited under applicable law from using the Service, you may not use it.

6. User Content

6.1 User Content Generally

Certain features of the Service may permit you to submit suggestions, comments, ratings, reviews, or other feedback ("User Content") to us. Submitting User Content does not mean that it will be published or made visible to other users. You retain any proprietary rights you may hold in your User Content. You must not submit User Content that includes:

• Spreading rumors, disturbing the social order and destabilizing society.
• Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting a crime. Insulting or defaming others and infringing on their legitimate rights and interests.
• Information that contains content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

By using the service you agree NOT to:

• use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;
• violate, or encourage others to violate, any right of a third party, including by infringing or misappropriating any third party intellectual property right;
• post, upload, or distribute any User Content or other content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate;
• interfere with security-related features of the Service, including by: (a) disabling or circumventing features that prevent or limit use or copying of any content; or (b) reverse engineering or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of any portion of the Service except to the extent that the activity is expressly permitted by applicable law;
• interfere with the operation of the Service or any user's enjoyment of the Service, including by: (a) uploading or otherwise disseminating any virus, adware, spyware, worm, or other malicious code; (b) making any unsolicited offer or advertisement to another user of the Service; (c) attempting to collect personal information about another user or third party without consent; or (d) interfering with or disrupting any network, equipment, or server connected to or used to provide the Service, or violating any regulation, policy, or procedure of any such network, equipment, or server;
• perform any fraudulent activity including impersonating any person or entity, claiming a false affiliation, accessing any other Service account without permission, or falsifying your age or date of birth;
• sell or otherwise transfer the access granted under these Terms or any Materials (as defined in Section 10) or any right or ability to view, access, or use any Material;
• solicit, for commercial purposes, any users of the Service with respect to their User Content;
• attempt to do any of the acts described in this Section 7, or assist or permit any person in engaging in any of the acts described in this Section 7.

8. Third-Party Services and Linked Websites

The Service may allow you to sign in through Google, Apple, or Facebook and uses marketplace payment services provided by Apple or Google. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. The Service may also contain links to third-party websites. Third-party services and linked websites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or independent data practices.

9. Account Deletion; Termination; Discontinuation

You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated data from within the Service under Settings > Delete Account or through our web deletion form. Guest users can use the UID displayed in the Service's Settings screen. You remain responsible for charges incurred before deletion, and limited purchase records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or chargeback obligations. If you violate these Terms, your permission to use the Service may terminate. LOVELIFE may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. We may also modify or discontinue features of the Service.

10. Ownership; Proprietary Rights

The Service is owned and operated by LOVELIFE. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code (including source code or object code), products, software, services, and all other elements of the Service ("Materials") provided by LOVELIFE are protected by intellectual property and other laws. All Materials included in the Service are the property of LOVELIFE or our third-party licensors. Except as expressly authorized by LOVELIFE, you may not make use of the Materials. LOVELIFE reserves all rights to the Materials not granted expressly in these Terms.
